Training

We offer year-round training options to help athletes increase their strength, speed and individual offensive and defensive skills. We cater our training sessions based on age, player skill and group size. 

Tryouts

We offer competitive AAU teams from 4th grade (10U) through 11th grade (17U) for both BOYS and GIRLS. We compete in local and regional tournaments. CLICK HERE FOR TRYOUT INFORMATION.
